Attributes and Stamina Explained
What each primary attribute does in Enshrouded, plus how Health, Mana, and Stamina regeneration work.
Last updated: 2026-08-08
Enshrouded splits your character sheet into primary attributes, which you raise through the skill tree and Flame level, and vitals, which they feed into.
Primary attributes
| Attribute | Effect per point |
|---|---|
| Constitution | +50 Health |
| Spirit | +20 Mana |
| Endurance | +10 Stamina |
| Strength | +5% melee damage |
| Dexterity | +5% ranged damage |
| Intelligence | +5% magic damage |
Strengthening the Flame also adds +1 to every primary attribute per Flame level from level 2 onward, on top of anything you spend skill points on.
Vitals
- Health starts at 100. You fall when it reaches zero.
- Mana starts at 100, is spent on spells and some skills, and regenerates naturally or via food and Mana Potions.
- Stamina starts at 100 and is spent sprinting, double jumping, and blocking attacks. It regenerates at roughly 8 points per second after a 0.5-second delay.
Practical takeaways
- Endurance is the most direct way to raise your Stamina pool if you rely on dodging, blocking, or gliding.
- Constitution scales your effective survivability more predictably than armor early on, since Health is a flat pool.
- Spirit only matters if your build spends Mana regularly through spells; melee-focused builds can usually deprioritize it.
See the best builds guide for how these attributes map onto melee, ranger, and wizard skill trees.
