Enshrouded 1.0 Summoner Build Preview

A preview of a summon-focused playstyle based on announced 1.0 spells and skills, with launch-day checks instead of unverified stats.

Last updated: 2026-10-01

Previewed build concept — not release-tested. This page combines officially announced spells into a possible playstyle. It makes no claim about optimal gear, damage, point paths or summon limits.

Four announced summon spells

Confirmed (official): Summon Fire Totem, Summon Ice Totem, Summon Shock Totem and Summon Hollow Skeleton are part of the nine new spells announced for 1.0.

For a first test after release, compare the spells individually before assuming that all four fit the same loadout. Their final costs, duration, behavior and numerical damage are not yet published in this guide.

Two summon-cap skills

Confirmed (official): two new skills increase how many skeletons and totems can be summoned at once. Exact limits and the points needed to reach these nodes remain not yet confirmed here. A complete skill allocation should wait for the release tree.

Entangle and Mana Drain as support

Confirmed (official): Entangle and Mana Drain are announced additions. Previewed build concept: test them alongside summons as possible support choices. Their names and announcement do not establish a measured rotation, mana budget or crowd-control uptime.

Why consider this archetype?

The announced summon category creates a reason to explore a loadout centered on summoned allies and totems. That is a planning direction, not evidence that a summoner outperforms existing melee, ranger or wizard setups. Compare it with the current builds after the release data is verified.

Launch-day verification checklist

  • Read every summon description and verify costs, duration and behavior.
  • Test the two cap skills and how simultaneous summons interact.
  • Check final skill connections and the total available points.
  • Measure support-spell interactions before recommending a rotation.
  • Check solo and co-op behavior separately.
  • Verify equipment and Eternal spell upgrades before making gear recommendations.

Every character's skill tree resets at 1.0. Reassign points at base before testing this concept. See all announced combat changes.
