Flintstone is one of the first mining materials you will collect, found in soft grey-white veins across the Springlands. It shows up early enough that most players gather it incidentally while exploring the Cinder Vault area.

Best verified location
Flintstone veins are common enough in the Springlands that you rarely need to travel far. Cliff faces and hillsides near the starting Cinder Vault area and along early quest paths typically have several visible veins.
How to collect Flintstone efficiently
- Bring a basic pickaxe; Flintstone does not require an upgraded tool.
- Mine every vein you pass while completing early quests rather than making a dedicated trip.
- Stockpile a surplus early, since several alchemy and Flame recipes call for large stacks (20 or more) at once.
What Flintstone is used for
Flintstone appears in early tool and building recipes, several Alchemist recipes such as Chain Lightning, and it contributes to the earliest Strengthening the Flame levels. Because it stacks up to 1000, keeping a dedicated storage container for it avoids repeat mining trips later.
