Fight the Fell Monstrosity at the Cradle of Dusk in the Nomad Highlands and collect the head needed for Flame level 5.

The progression encounter with the Fell Monstrosity is at the Cradle of Dusk in the Nomad Highlands, during A Black Cauldron for the Alchemist. Other Fell Monstrosities appear at Elixir Wells and Shroud locations later in the game.

Strategy
- Move laterally when targeted areas mark incoming Shroud spray.
- Leave the line in front of the boss when it prepares Shroud breath.
- Do not brush against every calcified statue in the arena: some can produce Fell Berserkers.
- If an add appears, create space and remove it before returning to the boss.
- Save burst damage for a clean window instead of casting while the arena becomes crowded.
