The first Scavenger Matron is found at the Hill of Scavengers, northeast of the Springlands Ancient Spire, during the Alchemist's Rumors progression. Later variants also appear in Revelwood, the Nomad Highlands, and Kindlewastes.

Strategy
- Keep lateral movement available for thrown poison and area pressure.
- Do not stand in a damaging patch to finish one extra attack.
- A Gorger variant emphasizes poison projectiles; a Grizzler can call reinforcements.
- Remove summoned or nearby Scavengers before they surround a ranged character.
- Use walls and camp structures to break sightlines while healing, but avoid becoming trapped.
